2011 - 2012 Season
Fee Structure & Reimbursement Policy 

Tryout Fee is $165.00 for all levels – Tyke to Midget – from March 5/11 to March 26/11.
Late Tryout Fee is $215.00 for all levels after March 26th.  Tryout Fee is non refundable.  There is no Tryout Fee for the Jr Mite Program.  Tryout Fee for Tykes will be reimbursed if player does not make a team. 

Hockey Registration Fee is $1,850 for levels Novice to Midget
Hockey Registration Fee is $1,600 for Tykes
Registration Fee is $425.00 for the Jr Mite Program with a $125.00 deposit required at registration time.

Please note:  There is no discount for multiple players

Registration Fees can be paid with one cheque or a series of post-dated cheques

NOTE: REGISTRATION FEES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A SIGNED LETTER OF COMMITMENT

Players will be notified when and where to bring their Registration Fee cheques.

Please note that there is a $25.00 admin fee charged for cheques that are returned NSF.

Reimbursement Policy

Monthly Hockey Cost = Registration Fee divided by six playing months.
Therefore for example, $1,850.00 divided by six.
Monthly Hockey Cost for 2011/12 is set at $310.00

Policy - Players Ill or Injured During the Season
(ONLY applies to players unable to return to team)
Tryout Fee not refundable.
Hockey Cost to be reimbursed for each month following the month of the injury / illness.
Injury Report / Doctor’s Certificate required with each refund.

Policy - Players Quitting During the Season
Hockey Cost to be reimbursed for each month following the player’s decision to quit.
Tryout Fee not refundable.
An Administration Fee of $100.00 will be charged.
